Indo-západní Tichomoří — Amirantes (Seychely), Saint Brandon's Shoals (Cargados Carajos) a souostroví Chagos (Britské indickooceánské území) na východ až po západní Indonésii, na sever až po Japonsko, na jih až po Šalamounovy ostrovy.
Typová lokalita
Inner reef just north of Anonyme Island, Seychelles Islands, depth 0 - 2.7 meters.
